If you’re looking to score 6 or 7 hundred points in a game with minimal time and effort, Space Marine isn’t your bag. You can blow through the campaign in about 7 hours on normal, but you’re only going to get around 300 or so points. Not too much bang for your buck in the achievement hunt I say.
Although if you like the game as much as I do you will appreciate the achievement lay out and enjoy spending the time it’ll take to unlock them all. You can check the achievement list here and you’ll see what I mean about layout, nothings too difficult and most are tied to just killing a certain number of enemies or getting a certain amount of kills with certain guns.
I don’t know which side of the fence you’re on regarding multiplayer achievements but I love them. As long as they don’t require dumb luck or random circumstances to occur for them to be unlocked. Those kind of stupid multiplayer achievements really chap my ass, I’m looking at you Halo3.
Warhammer has 13 mp achievements worth 255 pts and luckily, none of them are of the above variety. All are doable although some will be very time-consuming.
There are some secret achievements but they are all story based and can not be missed so you don’t need to worry about those. There are 2 achievements that require you to play on the hardest difficulty level but everything else you can unlock on the easiest difficulty setting. Cake walk.
you will have to play through the game at least twice to unlock everything. Over all this game is really easy on the achievements just time-consuming. All of the achievements are really self-explanatory so there’s not much to go over. I’ve found 3 videos that will help show you the best spot to get the marksman achievement, Find the locations of all the Servo Skulls and the best spot to get the chain of death.
